Resources for our work together
VSee is a HIPAA-compatible telemedicine program. There are times when my clients aren’t able to make it into the office, are temporarily out of the area, and times when I am temporarily out of the area. In these cases, video chat therapy is an option. I’ve used it with many clients and I’m consistently surprised at how natural the interactions can be.
Kip Health is an app for smartphones which will allow us to continue our work together in between sessions. This is free to you, and I can text or email you a link to download this app. This HIPAA-compliant app will help you keep track of your goals, message me, and log your mood as well as other things we’re working on.
